So today I was just sitting here thinking about my name. So I decided to Google it! My name means honey bee, it is Greek and feminine. There is a phobia called Melissaphobia...it means fear of bees. In Persian it means "red rose." Melissa is a princess name, pretty fitting I think because I am a princess. Just ask my daddy. Some of my favorites from Urban Dictionary:
- Hottest girl in the known universe
- A very beautiful person inside and out.
- Will always make you laugh and give you a hug before you even know you need one!
- Can be some what blunt. But at least you know she is truthful. Very sweet and easy to talk to. Loves the colour pink and loves her family more than anything else!
- High morals. She sets her own ground.
- Falls in love easily (yup very true)
So then I got thinking about what songs have my name in them. Basically none come to mind. I did find one that I like. Its "Melissa" by the Allman Brothers. Look it up!
Basically I really love my name. (Is that conceited?) I have a lot of really good friends with the same name as me and I have loved them all!
